Puffing Billy Railway – Train of Lights is back this winter, lighting up the Dandenong Ranges like never before! Running from Friday 4 July to Sunday 20 July during the school holidays, this magical night service takes families on a two-and-a-half-hour journey from Lakeside to Gembrook, with glowing carriages, dazzling projections, and patterns lighting up the forest along the way. Departing at 6 pm daily, the train stops for 55 minutes at Gembrook Station, where you can warm up by fire pits, sip hot chocolate, enjoy a snag from the local Rotary Club, listen to live music, and snap photos with the illuminated train and friendly Puffing Billy volunteers.
