Mamma stumbled upon this lovely walk and it’s absolutely perfect for adventurous little legs. Tucked within Gilmour Park, the Ferny Creek Retarding Basin offers an easy, scenic loop that’s just right for young explorers. The walk isn’t too long and is very manageable for kids, and while Mamma did bring the pram (which is doable), there are a few sections that need a bit of extra push.
