Vermont Creek Reserve – Vermont: Vermont Creek Reserve is a family-friendly spot perfect for outdoor fun, with a large grassed area for kicking a ball, flying a frisbee, or enjoying a picnic under shady trees. A short 700 m flat dirt track leads to the walking trail alongside Dandenong Creek, suitable for prams, bikes, and scooters. For a longer walk or bike ride, cross the bridge to access the sealed Vermont section of the Dandenong Creek Trail, keeping an eye out for cyclists. Wildlife spotting is part of the charm, with ducks in the creek and, if you’re lucky, goats grazing in a fenced-off area helping with weed control.
